Ofer & Contrabassist Alon Stern @ Birman Oct. 29

Now that magic has happened at Topolino twice.
Someone asks Ofer if SHNITZELIM (which he tried for the first time live that second friday)
was written by Meir Ariel. It feels fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine to say that i admire Meir and am glad to channel his work but….tada..it is an Ofer Original . Seemingly nihilist lyrics with deep meaning (and vice versa too).
And yes….Birman is one of the 3 Jazz clubs in Jerusalem (there are only 3 Jazz clubs in Jerusalem) that have a piano. The only one that also has a contrabass on the premises and Alon, being a scorpio, has a birthday sometime soon. You can see him behind the contrabass if you go to www.myspace.com/dream8cd
